Gordon Hill is a highly experienced international business executive with outstanding skills in business development, cost reduction and productivity improvement. His work for several businesses in the aerospace and fast moving consumer goods industries in the United Kingdom, and as a process improvement consultant, produced revenue increases amounting to more than £50 Million and £10 Million in productivity savings in the decade before relocating to Australia.
Over the past two years in Australia, Gordon has continued to create significant expansions and productivity improvements in businesses amounting to tens of millions of dollars.
Gordon has an Honours Degree in Business from Salford University and is a Fellow of The Institute of Operations Management (UK). He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Robert Hounsell is a highly experienced training manager who is internationally recognised and is regularly called on by companies like Barclays Bank to conduct training courses in the UK and Africa.
He has consulted to many global companies and conducted training programs in Australia and 13 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Erica Lemieux

Erica Lemieux is a specialist Human Resources practitioner with international experience working with global organisations.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with specialisations in Organisational and Human Resources, and Psychology from the University of Western Ontario where she achieved the Dean's Honour Roll status, and Academic All-Canadian Honour Roll status.
Her HR experience includes employee performance reviews and training development, benefit plans and payroll, staff induction processes, global staff communication programs, customer service initiatives, and the development of human resources policies.
