Innovation Facilitation
underline

Facilitation is the key to the learning revolution which is taking place in today’s organisations.

Facilitation involves assisting or making it easier for others to act such that desired outcomes are achieved. It is about extracting answers/solutions from all those involved in the process. Our methodology uses a sound repertoire of facilitation skills that provides participants with a sense of:

  • Active Participation
  • Responsibility
  • Fun
  • Creative ideas
  • Commitment
  • Ownership
  • Achievement and Satisfaction
  • Innovative output

Facilitation involves understanding and effectively utilising processes (as opposed to content issues only). The facilitator is a process expert who enables others to act.

The underpinning rationale of our facilitation is that 'self-discovering' strategies be used wherever possible. This is done through involving and questioning participants in such a way that self-discovering solutions and new ways of thinking and doing occur.

We provide facilitation for different purposes and types of groups within your organisation.

Simultaneously, or in addition, we can train your people in a dynamic and interactive environment that provides participants with opportunities to acquire and practice a wide repertoire of skills and strategies while developing their unique facilitation styles.
