Innovative Customer Service
underline
Have you ever sent your staff to a customer service training course?

Have you observed that initially they are enthusiastic to implement new learning but over time this enthusiasm fades?

Ever wondered why this happens?

Part of the answer is that whilst the employee possesses new learning, the work processes surrounding these do not change. Eventually existing processes erode the enthusiasm and application of newly learned skills.

The Applied Innovation Centre conducts a training program that embraces the theory of customer services but engages business units with their key customers to develop practical strategies / processes that can be implemented into the workplace.

The program is tried and proven.

An example is a West Australian organisation of 1,000 staff where customers acknowledged a high level of service before the program began. Six months after all the organisation’s business units completed the program its customers reported significant improvements in service levels – an outstanding and extraordinary achievement considering the high starting base.
