Managing Up

We all have team leaders, supervisors or managers and expect them to provide us with leadership, training, advice, a vision for our work and the tools to work effectively.

What we don’t always understand is that we have a responsibility to ensure we get the most out of our relationships with more senior people in our organisation – which benefits both ourselves and our organisation.

This intensive full-day program provides participants with an overview of how to get the best out of their relationships with their managers.

Participants learn techniques for assessing the type of manager they have and how to adapt their own behavioural and communication style to optimise their professional relationship.
